Vacationing together with a group of friends or family is a great way to spend time together in a fun, relaxing way and create great memories together!
I can plan vacations for your group of any size, but if you have 10 or more people that would like to go on an all-inclusive vacation together, I can also source out discounted rates from the tour operators for you. |

Planning Fee:
I charge a flat fee of $120+GST to a plan a group vacation from one gateway city, or $150+GST for multiple gateway cities.
Planning Process:·
- Trip duration (example: 7 nights)
- City or cities that guests will be travelling from
- Price range (specify per person, per family, or per group)
- Number of rooms
- Number of guests & ages of children under 18 (if applicable) in each room
- Destination possibilities - if known, or destination qualities (such as white sand and clear water)
- Resort possibilities - if known, or resort qualities (such as star rating, adults only/family, small resort/large resort, etc.)
I will help your group through every step of this process to ensure that planning and booking, and the actual vacation are as enjoyable as possible.

- Give me a call, email me, or fill out the form below with the following details:
- Trip duration (example: 7 nights)
- City or cities that guests will be travelling from
- Price range (specify per person, per family, or per group)
- Number of rooms
- Number of guests & ages of children under 18 (if applicable) in each room
- Destination possibilities - if known, or destination qualities (such as white sand and clear water)
- Resort possibilities - if known, or resort qualities (such as star rating, adults only/family, small resort/large resort, etc.)
- I research the most suitable destination and resort options and contact the tour operators to get their best group rates. I email online brochures and prices for my top recommended options to the group leader or to the whole group.
- Your group makes their selection based upon that information, or if there are any questions about the resorts I research them and give you the answers.
- Once your group reaches a decision and is ready to book, I obtain the necessary information from the group members to process the vacation booking.
- When the travel documents are available, I provide the group members with electronic copies of those documents along with my travel tips specific to your tour operator and destination.
I will help your group through every step of this process to ensure that planning and booking, and the actual vacation are as enjoyable as possible.
